Orders, Payment & Promo Codes

Browse through our products and click on item(s) you like and add to cart. Then follow our easy and simple check out process.
There is no minimum order, you can order as little as one item!
We accept Visa & Mastercard, Debit Card, or you could pay via bank transfer (FPX).
If you’ve received a promotional code, you’re able to use it according to its conditions. Copy paste or type the code at the checkout page on the coupon box in your order summary. Click on “Apply” after code is entered. Please note that you can only use one voucher per order and vouchers are valid for one time use per user.
We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping. Most of our codes have exclusions, they typically cannot be used during promotions as well, so double check the fine print when a promotion is live to be sure!
An account is not required to shop from our site! But we do recommend that you create an account, as it makes it easy to check on the status of an order and gives you access to your full order history. You can also save your shipping information for a quicker checkout experience!
You must be logged into an account when placing your order to be able to view the status of your order. Not to worry, though! All order updates, including confirmation and shipping emails, will be sent to the email address used to place to the order.

Invoices are only issued via email and would not be included upon delivery.

Order Issues

We will try our best to change the shipping address for you order. Please email to info@kraftsisters.com or send us a WhatsApp message with your order number and the updated address ASAP, within 24 hours, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the packing process. Please note that changes to your order may be limited during periods of high order volume, including launches,  promotions and festive seasons.

Oh! No! Unfortunately, you can’t make changes once the order goes though. Anyhow, email us at info@kraftsisters.com or send us a WhatsApp message with your order number and the updated details and we will try our best to issue a manual invoice should you need it for filing purposes.

Unfortunately, you can’t. All sales are final. Sorry for inconvenience caused.

  1. The outside of your box
  2. A clear photo of all the items inside the box
  3. The incorrect item or items
  4. The order packing slip
  5. List of items that’s missing

Adoi! So very sorry about that! Please email us at info@kraftsisters.com or send us a WhatsApp message within 7 days of delivery  with your order number and pictures of the following:

  1. The outside of your box
  2. A clear photo of all the items inside the box
  3. The order packing slip

However, in rare circumstances due to product availability, packaging designs, and food items may be substituted with similar products of equal or greater value.

Oh no! We apologies in advance. We do out best to get your items packed in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. Please email us at info@kraftsisters.com or send us a WhatsApp message within 24 hours of delivery  with your order number and pictures of the following:

  1. The outside of your box
  2. A clear photo of all the items inside the box
  3. The order packing slip
  4. The broken item(s)

We will try our best to replace the broken items while stock lasts or replace them with items of the same value. We will try our very best to assist you with the affected items.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

Products & Storage

Kraft Sisters is a small homebased venture with all foods produced in our home kitchen using the best ingredients available. All recipes are carefully created with our love with food!

No! We don’t use preservatives in all our products, so it’s best to consume upon receiving the items.

Here are the suggested time frame for the products received. And because they’re so yummy we doubt it’ll last that long.

  • Cookies – Within 1-2 weeks and store in a cool dry place. Make sure it’s in an air-tight container.
  • Cakes –  Within 2 days in room temperature in an air-tight container. If it’s not consumed within 2 days, please refrigerate, and consumed within a week.
  • Cheese – Refrigerate and consume within 2 weeks. Do not freeze the cheese, due to condensation, it may affect the texture of the cheese.
  • Pates – Refrigerate and consume within 2 weeks.
  • Wine – Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep it refrigerated and consumed within 5 days.
  • Nuts – Within 1-2 weeks and store in an air-tight container.

Technical

  • Your Email (gmail, yahoo, etc) may be marking our emails as Junk or Spam mail. To stop this from happening, please add ‘info@kraftsisters.com’ to your email address book.
  • Make sure you typed in the correct email address when you signed up with us. Our team can double check this information for you!
  • During the checkout process, did you click the text box next to ‘Subscribe to our newsletter’? If you didn’t, this may be why!

If you received a message that says, “Invalid login credentials”, this means your email address/password wasn’t recognized by our system. No worries! We can totally fix this! These may be the cause of it.

  • Double check to see if you’re using the same email address and password you registered with.
  • If you can’t remember your password, click on the “forgotten password” link. It will ask for your email address and we’ll send you an email with a link that will let you create a new password.
  • If you’re still experiencing issues, contact our team HERE and please provide screenshots of the error message you’re receiving.
