Delivery Policy

DELIVERY FOR PERISHABLE ITEMS 

  • How do you manage the deliveries for perishable (food) items?

We’ve put a lot of care into our delivery process to ensure our product reaches the recipient in perfect condition.
Orders containing chilled items will be sent via express courier, leaving our kitchen and delivered to the recipient on the same day.

If you are ordering cheese, cakes, and spreads as a gift, we strongly advise that you tell the recipient to expect a delivery. It is a requirement that you provide the recipient’s mobile number so that the courier will be able to contact them. We also advise that you make sure the recipient is aware the package needs to be refrigerated if it’s not to be opened for a length of time.

  • What happens when no one is home to receive the delivery?

If no one is home to receive the delivery, and if we must attempt re-delivery at another time, you will be liable for an additional cost. We are not liable for any deliveries missed because the recipient was not notified.

  • Would you be able to redirect the delivery to another address?

Please note that a min fee of MYR 35.00 will be levied for redirection of order (depending on the location). Please provide accurate delivery information at the time of ordering as any address alterations not notified to us prior to despatch may incur additional costs.

  • When do you arrange for the delivery?

We currently dispatch orders from Monday – Saturday between 10am – 7pm.  There will be no deliveries / pickup on Sundays and Public Holidays.

  • How long does my delivery take?

Upon receiving your orders, the delivery will be within 3-4 working days for Klang Valley.

Out of Klang Valley Deliveries; 5–8 working days delivery to Island WM, 4-6 working days delivery to main cities within EM

  • Do you provide delivery outside of Klang Valley?

Unfortunately, cold delivery with perishable items is only for within Klang Valley for now.

  • Do you provide bulk delivery?

Oh yes! Delivery of a few gifts to one or different address/addresses can easily be arranged. Write to us or contact us HERE and our team will be able to calculate the bulk delivery cost for you and answer any queries.

  • How do I track my orders?

Please provide us with your email address or contact number at the time of ordering, we will update you as soon as the hamper has been dispatched or delivered.

  • What are your delivery charges and how would you charge?

Delivery Fees will be charged upon checkout once you have selected your preferred delivery method/ upon providing your delivery address.

  • What if my delivery postcode is not within your delivery zones?

There will be additional delivery charges for depending on location, volume, or weight for out-of-town delivery. Option to check with us for the charges or you may proceed to key in your postal code upon checking out.

  • Would you be responsible for delayed deliveries?

Unfortunately, Kraft Sisters cannot take responsibility for late delivery of any gifts or items due to:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
  • Any other causes beyond our reasonable control such as Government regulations; acts of God; non-payment, or any other cause beyond our control are subject to traffic conditions, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances (failure or delays in transportation, wars, or riots). No refunds or compensation will be made for any delay of deliveries.
